August 12th

Today I'm grateful for strength.

I'm back to track workouts after a six-week hiatus from playing frisbee. It's such a different workout than ultimate. My body finds frisbee easier, but it still manages to push through the track workout and I feel strong at the end. I'm also grateful for strength in numbers--it's so much easier to complete the workout when there are others people there too!
